Sales Executive – Convenience
We’re building a brand‑new field sales team and need commercially sharp, target‑driven Business Development Executives who can win volume transfer deals in the convenience channel.
Key Responsibilities
* Visit stores weekly to establish strong working relationships.
* Influence store decision‑makers to secure transfer orders.
* Drive product distribution by selling in weekly deals on offer.
* Land volume transfer orders to meet clear targets within your territory.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience selling directly for a wholesaler into convenience retailers (e.g., Bestway, Booker, Parfetts, Dhamecha, Fillshill, Unitas).
* Strong van sales experience in the independent retail sector.
* Experience selling into convenience stores (e.g., Spar, Londis, Costcutter).
* Food service sales background.
* Ability to build rapport quickly.
* Proven track record of hitting or beating targets.
* Resilience to handle objections and close deals.
* Competitive mindset – you play to win.
* Full UK driving licence for at least 12 months.
Role Details
* Location: North West London
* Up to £31,900 On Target Earnings + Company Car
* 3‑Month Fixed‑Term Contract (Launch Team)
* Potential for extension based on performance.
