We are seeking a Part-time HR Administrator to play a pivotal role in supporting our HR and Operations Partner in the business. You will work closely supporting the business in all aspects of recruitment and HR process by building excellent working relationships with key managers within the business, and contributing to various projects.
Key Tasks
* Managing the recruitment and selection process – working with line managers to ensure you develop a good understanding of the requirements of the positions.
* Preparing offer letters and contracts
* Acquiring reference checks
* Maintaining continuous records of proof of right to work in the UK
* Recording and monitoring sickness and absence
* Co-ordinating the probationary and on-going performance review process
* Sitting as a note-taker for disciplinary, grievance, and performance meetings
* Assisting with general HR and recruitment administration as required.
Key Skills
* Experience in an office-based environment handling confidential information.
* Previous experience in HR or recruitment
* Professionalism and comfort working under pressure
* Excellent verbal and written skills
* Interest in working within an HR environment and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
This is a part-time position and would be ideal for someone who is looking for 20 hours a week. We are open to discussions around what may work best for individuals and the business.
