The Role
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead our team in Brandon, Suffolk.
This is a full‑time, on‑site role responsible for managing daily site testing operations and overseeing laboratory activities. You will ensure all testing work is carried out to the highest standards while leading a skilled technical team and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee and manage daily site testing operations across multiple projects
* Manage and support the laboratory testing team
* Supervise asphalt, concrete and earthworks testing to ensure accuracy and compliance
* Coordinate team activities and allocate resources effectively
* Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations
* Liaise directly with clients, providing technical support and project updates
* Maintain high standards of quality assurance and reporting
* Support continuous improvement of operational processes
* Ensure consistent delivery of high‑quality testing services
About You
We are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge of materials testing and the ability to lead and manage a team effectively. You may already be working as a Site Manager, or you could be a Senior Technician / Supervisor ready to step into a leadership role.
Key qualities include strong organisation, communication and the ability to maintain high standards across both site and laboratory operations.
