Our client, a high‑growth, award‑winning travel business specialising in the cruise sector, is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Head of People to lead and evolve its People and Development function.
This is a senior leadership appointment, reporting directly to the Managing Director, and will be a confident People professional who is comfortable operating at both strategic and operational level. You will act as a trusted adviser to the leadership team, shaping and delivering people initiatives that directly support business performance, engagement and long‑term growth.
The business operates multiple well‑established consumer brands and has built a strong reputation for customer experience, commercial performance and workplace culture. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organisation continues to attract, develop and retain high‑quality talent as it scales.
