What will I be doing?
As a Site Manager, you'll:
* Lead daily site operations on substation and T&D projects
* Ensure all work meets safety, quality, and compliance standards
* Coordinate teams, contractors, and project activities
* Carry out site inspections and resolve issues early
* Support and develop on-site staff to deliver strong results
