As a full-time Reservations Sales Agent, you will work with trend data to respond to guest and customer inquiries, develop strong relationships, and maximize revenue opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Managing telephone and email inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in accordance with company standards.
2. Producing quotations and written confirmations for clients.
3. Upselling hotel products to maximize revenue.
4. Monitoring customer satisfaction and resolving any issues to ensure future business.
5. Maintaining a thorough understanding of hotel facilities and processes, contributing to high-quality standards in relationship building, customer service, selling techniques, and billing.
6. Ensuring bookings are guaranteed and applying no-show or late cancellation charges when appropriate.
