A prestigious £80m+ residential high-rise is breaking ground in the heart of Leeds, and we’re looking for a driven Site Manager (Externals) to join a standout contractor at the very start of this flagship project.
This is an unmissable opportunity to take ownership of major external and civils packages from groundworks and drainage through to frames and facades on one of the most high-profile builds in the region. You’ll be supported by a young, ambitious leadership team who value autonomy, accountability, and high standards.
Opportunity

Responsibilities
You’ll take the reins on all externals and civils works for the first 12–18 months of the scheme. This includes:
Managing subcontractors on packages including groundworks, concrete frames, drainage, external works and facades
Ensuring H&S, quality and programme targets are hit
Reporting to the Project Manager and coordinating with engineering and commercial teams
Driving productivity while fostering a respectful, performance-led culture
