Job Description
We are currently working with our client who are looking to recruit a new HR Manager into their thriving organisation.
As HR Manager, you’ll be responsible for the full scope of HR activity across the business. This includes shaping and delivering our people strategy, supporting managers, and ensuring that day-to-day HR processes run smoothly. You’ll be the go-to person for employees and leadership alike, making sure our culture, policies, and practices all support a safe, fair and productive workplace.
Responsibilities and Duties
* Lead on all HR functions: recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training & development, and reward.
* Partner with managers and supervisors to coach and advise on people issues, from conduct to capability
* Ensure compliance with UK employment law, health & safety requirements, and company policies
* Oversee absence management, shift patterns, and workforce planning to support production needs
* Drive initiatives that improve employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing
* Maintain and update HR systems, records, and reporting (including payroll liaison)
* Work with senior leadership on organisational development, succession planning, and culture-building
