Role overview
As a Sales/Account Executive, you will drive business development by identifying and qualifying new sales opportunities, working with sales and marketing teams to generate leads, build relationships, and grow the business.
Responsibilities
* Research potential clients and benefit from their services
* Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, social media
* Understand and communicate their technical solutions
* Qualify prospects based on needs, requirements, and budget
* Schedule meetings for the sales team
* Maintain records in CRM system
* Stay informed about industry trends and competitors
Candidate profile
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Interest in a career in technology sales
* Goal-oriented and resilient
* Ability to understand technical concepts
* Organized with attention to detail
* Experience with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce) is advantageous
* Background in IT services or B2B sales is a plus
