Oversee preparation and distribution of interview and assessment packs. Check recruitment request forms and job descriptions for compliance with the Recruitment and Selection policy. Advertise vacancies as per recruitment requests from hiring managers. Manage documentation for probationary reviews. Guide Line Managers through the probation process.
