We are looking for a Temporary HR Administrator to join a well-respected school just outside of York, who are looking for someone to join their team for up to a year. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong admin experience who enjoys working in a professional yet friendly environment. Key Responsibilities: Managing the inbox and diary of the People Director General HR administration duties including managing employee records, coordinating meetings, and maintaining up-to-date documentation Assisting with policy amendments and formatting documentation What we’re looking for: A confident and experienced administrator with excellent attention to detail Someone with a DBS on the Update Service – this is essential for the role A proactive and organised individual who can handle a varied workload This will be working 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, 8:45am – 5:20pm and Friday, 8:45am - 4:25pm, earning a salary between £12.33 - £13.39 per hour depending on experience If you’re available immediately and would love to support a dedicated school team, we’d love to hear from you.
