Maesdu Golf Club is a member's club based in Llandudno. We provide good home cooked food to our members and guests. We are seeking an additional part time cook to join our our kitchen team. If you are a passionate and skilled cook with a love for creating delicious home-cooked meals, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Responsibilities:
· Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standard.
· Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
· Maintain a clean and organised kitchen environment, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
· Assist in menu planning and contribute creative ideas to enhance our menu offerings.
· Manage inventory, monitor stock levels, and place orders as needed to ensure a well-stocked kitchen.
Qualifications and Experience:
· Proven experience as a cook, with a strong background in preparing diverse dishes.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, busy kitchen environment.
· Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
· Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
· Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
· Availability to work varied hours, including breakfast, lunch, and evening shifts, as well as weekends & holidays.
