Requirements
Must have:
- Experience in Dynamics 365, Power Pages, APIs, and coding (HTML, CSS, JS) - Proven ability to design, develop, and support applications and automated processes - Strong knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and Microsoft 365 - Excellent analytical skills for interpreting customer requirements - Familiarity with Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulations - Ability to work outside normal office hours when necessary - Strong commitment to cyber security and best practices
Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and administer the clients internal and external digital solutions - Design and support applications, forms, content pages, and automated processes - Assist in the development and implementation of change initiatives - Provide technical expertise and advice to stakeholders - Support project delivery in line with agreed timelines - Ensure compliance with data protection regulations when processing information - Participate actively in promoting security best practices - Work at Castle House a minimum of 3 days a week while having the option for remote work on the remaining days
