Job Title: HR Administrator
We are looking for an experienced, customer service-focused and enthusiastic HR Administrator to join our dedicated and upbeat HR Shared Services team based in Lodge Farm, Northampton.
This role is ideal if you are looking to begin a career in HR. It is a varied position, working closely with the Toolstation Payroll and Benefits teams to provide a first-class administration service to over 5,500 colleagues throughout their careers with Toolstation.
Previous experience in a similar role is not required, but strong customer service and interpersonal skills are essential. You will need to demonstrate excellent judgment in tailoring information for different audiences, ensuring clear communication of responses, instructions, and decisions.
