Employment Lawyer - Bristol We are instructed by a leading regional firm with an outstanding reputation who are looking for a qualified Solicitor, Barrister, or FCILEx to join their growing employment law team based in Bristol on a hybrid basis. The role Handle a diverse Employment Tribunal caseload, from pleadings and witness statements to settlements and advocacy support Advise clients on complex claims and workplace issues with clarity and confidence Draft contracts, policies, and handbooks, and deliver proactive advice to commercial clients Assist the employment team with non-contentious matters, such as drafting contracts, staff handbooks, and other employment-related documents. Requirements A legal qualification (Solicitor, Barrister, or FCILEx) and solid grounding in employment law Confidence in managing your own caseload and making strategic decisions Excellent communication, time management, and attention to detail A hands-on, positive attitude and a genuine interest in client service Why join?
