What you will do
We seek a VRF HVAC Senior Sales Executive for our Building Technologies and Solutions division. The role focuses on VRF, Chiller, and Heat Pump sales to end users, consultants, and contractors. You will leverage innovative products to differentiate our services, build on existing relationships, and develop new business. Your goal is to identify and pursue opportunities to grow our presence and success in the HVAC sector.
How you will do it
You will operate independently, focusing on customer relationships. Understanding customer needs and aligning them with our services is key. Your communication skills will promote JCI positively, helping to attract and develop new clients across your region.
What we look for
* Experience in VRF, Chiller, or Heat Pump HVAC industry (Engineer or Sales)
* Technical knowledge at degree level or equivalent
* Proven success in creating new accounts and expanding existing ones
* Strong communication skills and sales development experience
* Ability to manage internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to explain technical info to non-technical audiences
Preferred:
* Sales experience in the VRF market
* Knowledge of leading HVAC brands like Daikin, Mitsubishi, Hitachi
* Location in Midlands or South preferred but not essential
