Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Executive to join our team working across our two stunning Cumbrian Resorts, Keswick Reach Lodge Retreat in Cockermouth and Thanet Well Lodge Retreat in Penrith.

Salary
Basic salary between £25-£30k depending on experience with uncapped commission and OTE £50+.
Contract
This is a 1 year fixed term position to work full time hours. The hours will be across 5 days to include weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is essential to suit the needs of the business. Full details regarding commission will be discussed upon application.
Responsibilities
* Meet and greet potential customers on resort.
* Conduct tours and showcase available holiday homes (stock already sited and ready to sell).
* Meet monthly and annual sales targets.
* Handle after sales support and build strong customer relationships.
* Establish an effective working relationship with the sales team and owners.
* Arrange appointments, handle telephone calls, answer online queries.
* Identify part exchange opportunities to maximise sales potential.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in holiday homes sales.
* Professional, proactive approach and strong interpersonal skills.
* A driving licence and ability to drive is essential.

Additional Criteria
* Right to live and work in the UK.
* Excellent customer service and strong communication.
* A driving licence and the ability to drive is an advantage to enable easy travel to and from the resort.
* Previous sales experience would be an advantage.
* Previous experience within a similar environment is preferred.
