Job Description
As the HR Officer you will be responsible for:
3. Managing all of the recruitment for the site including screening applications, conducting interviews, sending out contracts of employment and onboarding new starters
4. Keeping the HR system up to date with employee data and information such as employee absence management
5. Support senior staff with complex HR cases
6. Assist with payroll
7. Provide HR support to all staff as required
The Successful Applicant
In order to be considered for the role you will:
8. Ideally be CIPD qualified or working towards this
9. Have a background with a HR Generalist role so can support within all areas
10. Ideally have used the HR system iTrent previously
11. Be available to work in the office full time so that there is always a HR presence
12. Be able to drive so that you can support across sites in Southampton and Eastleigh
