A leading main contractor is seeking a hands-on Site Manager for a high-profile leisure refurbishment project in Bury St Edmunds.
What we need:
* Proven refurbishment experience – leisure sector a plus
* Exceptional attention to detail – nothing gets missed
* Proactive, organised, and able to drive the project forward
* Experience with Tier 1 contractors preferred
* M&E knowledge advantageous
What you will do:
* Manage day-to-day site operations on a live project
* Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard
* Coordinate subcontractors and trades efficiently
* Keep programme on track and resolve issues quickly
This is a fast-moving live project, £4–5M in value, running until November – we need someone who can start immediately.
