For our Aerospace site in South Molton, we are looking for an HR Manager.
The site is part of our The Fuel and Motion Control Systems (FMC) which has three plants in the United Kingdom, one in Titchfield site, another in South Molton, and the third in Bedhampton.
South Molton has close to 500 employees, it commenced production in 1973 and in 1975 an investment casting foundry opened on the site. The Foundry is the only one of its kind across Eatons Aerospace plants. Today the plants core focus is the design, manufacture and test of Components primarily for the aerospace sector. At South Molton we design, manufacture and integrate products and technologies for Engine Solutions, Fuel and Inerting Systems, Hydraulic Systems, Motion Control, Cockpit Interface and Electrical Power Management.
In this role, you will lead and support the development and administration of HR plans and programs that enable the plant to achieve its strategic objectives. Youll play a key role in ensuring the effective use of Human Resources, aligning your work with the broader goals of the organization at both corporate and divisional levels.
