The Role
We are looking for a motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join our team in Bicester. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping grow an established business.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing new business while maintaining and growing existing customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities
* Generate new business opportunities across the foodservice and hospitality sector
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
* Manage and grow existing accounts
* Conduct customer visits and sales meetings
* Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service
* Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth
* Keep up to date with market trends and competitor activity
Requirements
* Previous sales experience preferred, ideally within foodservice, wholesale, hospitality, or FMCG
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated with a proactive attitude
* Confident negotiating and closing xsngvjr sales
* Good organisational and time-management skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Competent with Microsoft Office and CRM systems
