We are looking for an experienced Site Manager or similar professional with a background in residential construction to join our fast‑growing company. The role offers opportunities for training, progression, and the chance to develop into a Contract Manager.
Responsibilities
* Maintain and build customer relationships.
* Manage incoming and outgoing work for the site.
* Prepare and provide monthly project updates.
* Complete weekly administrative tasks.
Qualifications
* Background in residential construction.
* Strong IT and organisational skills.
* Knowledge of residential and ideally commercial builds.
* SMSTS and First Aid qualifications.
