Position
Sales Executive
Location: Edinburgh, Scotland
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 40 hours, 5 days per week; weekend working required.
Salary: £20,000 Basic (£40‑50,000 OTE uncapped)
What you will be doing
* Meet, greet and build rapport with customers arriving at the store
* Deliver a no‑pressure sales service to identify and anticipate customer needs
* Complete face‑to‑face quotes on selected vehicles
* Upsell relevant products and finance where appropriate
* Complete the handover process ensuring high customer satisfaction
* Coordinate with other departments to provide outstanding service and manage expectations
What we need from you
* A full UK driving licence
* Proven track record in sales or excellent customer service
* Experience in a sales environment or working to targets (beneficial)
* Experience selling financial products (training provided)
* Strong rapport‑building skills
* Flexibility to work weekends
