Description Senior HR Manager We have an opportunity for a Senior HR Manager to join our team at Honeywell, in Bracknell, where you will lead and coach a team of Regional HR Partners across England to deliver high‑quality support to their client groups, while driving strategic and operational continuous improvement initiatives. You will implement corporate HR policies, provide guidance on employee relations and LER/CLA matters, and partner closely with HR Centres of Excellence to ensure a unified, customer‑focused HR service. The position requires regular travel to sites to engage with HR teams and business leaders, and to support the embedding of employee engagement initiatives and the development of an agile, high‑performing culture. This is a hybrid role, 3 days at the office 2 days work from home model, with around 20% travel to UK-based sites. Key Responsibilities Align and manage HR Partner resources under the One‑Country HR model, ensuring goal setting, performance oversight and streamlined delivery in partnership with the Senior HR Director. Coordinate and guide Regional HR Partners across England on all HR matters, ensuring compliance with corporate standards and effective support for aligned client groups. Coach HR Partners to design and execute strategic HR plans, aligning HR and business strategy within a complex global matrix environment. Lead key HR processes - including talent management, performance, compensation, organisational effectiveness, and change management - while supporting major business planning cycles. Drive employee engagement, labour and employee relations strategies, and talent acquisition and retention, while contributing to national and European HR projects as needed. Key Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (ideally in HR, business, organisational development) with CIPD preferred, plus extensive progressive HR experience in global, matrixed organisations. Strong employee relations expertise, including case management, coaching leaders, and working effectively across diverse cultural and organisational environments. Proven ability to lead or manage teams (directly or indirectly), drive strategic HR and organisational design initiatives, and deliver complex cross‑functional projects. Demonstrated capability in talent management, influencing senior leaders, managing multiple priorities, and acting as a strategic business partner and change agent.
