As a Trainee Sales Executive at Cars2, you will be a valued team member committed to delivering customer service that exceeds customers’ expectations. You will help each customer find their next vehicle and contribute to making Cars2 the number one motor group.
Responsibilities
* Match customers with the right car by utilizing your knowledge of manufacturer vehicles, features, and characteristics.
* Maximise sales opportunities by recognising, processing, and following up sales prospects with an enthusiastic can‑do attitude.
* Achieve individual sales expectations and contribute to business sales objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to maximise future sales opportunities.
* Communicate with integrity, transparency and professionalism at all stages of the customer journey.
* Raise the Cars2 brand profile by delivering consistent 5‑star service.
Qualifications
* Strong people skills and thrive in a customer‑facing environment.
* Results‑driven with a desire to succeed.
* Previous sales experience (motor industry experience not required).
* Ability to work well under pressure and solve challenges using interpersonal skills.
* Enthusiastic about the role and motivated to learn.

Working Hours
Full Time – 5 day working week on rota system. A valid UK driving licence is required.
