Your Role We are looking for a target-driven Sales & Customer Service Manager who is passionate about achieving results and developing high-performing teams. How you create impact Ensure revenue and consignment growth, achieving or exceeding the Branch budget. Deliver training and coaching to your team to continually strengthen our sales capability. Provide outstanding internal and external customer service at all times. Monitor consignments to guarantee exceptional service standards throughout the customer journey. Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports. Build and maintain a strong understanding of all Freight services, administrative procedures, and operational processes. Regularly review processes, identify improvement opportunities, and champion continuous improvement within the branch. What we would like you to bring Solid experience and knowledge of Overland / Road Freight operations. Previous experience in a senior or supervisory role within a target-driven sales environment. Proven background in sales, commercial activities, and people management. Strong customer focus, with demonstrable stakeholder management and networking skills. Excellent influencing skills and commercial awareness within a competitive industry landscape. Ability to build meaningful relationships and confidently negotiate internally and externally.
