Compliance and Quality Manager £Negotiable plus benefits Purpose of the Compliance and Quality Manager: * To maintain our client’s customer’s compliance and certification requirements * To manage the internal Quality Management System (QMS) & HSE System * Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to ensure compliance with agreed standards and legislation. Ensure legislative changes and external regulatory requirements are identified, proposed, and effectively implemented within company policies and procedures. Main duties for the Compliance and Quality Manager: Compliance Management * Coordinate and manage compliance-related projects, including HSE, Quality & Supplier Assurance, data protection, and accreditations. * Ensure processes and procedures comply with relevant safety and regulatory requirements. * Work with Engineering and Procurement to ensure material content meets legal and customer requirements. * Review, document, and maintain business continuity planning. Audit and Assurance * Perform internal company internal audits to ensure adherence to compliance, quality, and safety standards. * Support external audits and accreditation processes, ensuring all documentation and records are accurate and up to date.
