We are seeking a proactive and well-organised PA and HR Administrator to provide comprehensive support to a director and the wider department.
The position is set to commence ASAP and will be full-time for an initial duration of 12 weeks with a pay rate of £16.92 per hour + holiday pay
Key responsibilities include:
* Providing PA support to the Director, including diary management, drafting correspondence, and coordinating departmental events (e.g. monthly all-staff meetings, away days, and staff socials).
* Acting as the HR administrator for the department, supporting recruitment, onboarding and offboarding processes, managing HR operations and payroll changes, and leading the implementation of workforce management processes (leave, sickness, etc).
* Maintaining departmental resources, including Teams site, communal documentation, and meeting room bookings.
* Providing general administrative support, including departmental safety functions and DSE assessments.
* Acting as the first point of contact for staff queries.
Selection Criteria:
* Experience providing PA support, including diary management and correspondence OR e xperience in HR administration, including recruitment and onboarding/offboarding processes
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines.
* Familiarity with People XD HR system (desirable)
* Proactive, approachable, and able to act as a first point of contact for staff queries.
