Our client is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their head office team. You'll manage recruitment across Buying, Merchandising, Design, Marketing, E-commerce, Finance, and Supply Chain, ensuring a smooth candidate experience and hiring top talent aligned with our brand.



Responsibilities


Recruitment

* Manage end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract, and freelance roles.

* Work with hiring managers to define requirements and plans.

* Write job adverts and source talent via LinkedIn, industry platforms, and direct outreach.

* Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and organise panels/assessments.

* Handle offers, negotiations, and onboarding handovers.
