Position Overview

As a Sales Executive with LoopNet you will be part of a growth-oriented, innovative company and represent the industry’s most sophisticated digital advertising and marketing solutions. You will partner with the world’s top owners and brokers to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to showcase and differentiate their portfolio of properties online. Key to your success will be building long-lasting, service-focused, customer relationships, advising on product frequency, reach and brand efficacy, and highlighting return on investment using our analytic tools and reporting capabilities. You will prospect, study industry trends and demonstrate products, leveraging CoStar Group’s deep knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate industry to build your client portfolio.

Training and development: We provide extensive classroom and field training to equip you with product and industry knowledge, and you will learn digital marketing and sales from internal experts in product marketing and product management.


Key Responsibilities

* Relationship Management – use consultative sales methods to build relationships with clients, drive advertising revenue, and become a trusted advisor on their strategic marketing plan.
* Business Development – prospect new clients using CoStar Group’s property data to drive sales and close new business.
* Teamwork – partner with colleagues across LoopNet and CoStar to drive sales revenue.
* Business Industry Acumen – develop subject matter expertise in digital advertising strategies, CRE trends, and your market territory.
* Customer Focus – deliver outstanding client support through regular, value-added communication, market insights, and solutions that help clients achieve their goals.
* Travel – build strong client relationships through regular in-person meetings which may require travel by car and may extend beyond the driving radius of your office.


Basic Qualifications

* Completed bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
* 4+ years of successful full-cycle sales and account management experience in a B2B environment selling CRE, digital advertising, marketing solutions, AdTech, PropTech, FinTech, financial services, business intelligence or data & analytics.
* Demonstrated commitment to prior employers; proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a customer-focused environment.
* Current and valid driver’s license; satisfactory completion of a Driving Record/Driving Abstract check prior to start.


Preferred Qualifications

* Experience building long-term relationships with senior/C-Suite clients.
* Ability to analyze data, build reporting, and make strategic recommendations based on market data and performance metrics.
* Regular access to an operational motor vehicle prior to or by start date.
* Flexibility and adaptability in a high-growth environment; self-starter who can work independently and in a team.
