Job Summary
The Line Cook is responsible for providing high-quality culinary services for our Members and Guests. They support food production for a la carte and private events, ensuring consistent food preparation and presentation.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chef with various tasks, working efficiently to meet business needs.
* Set up and stock food items and supplies.
* Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards by proper food handling and storage.
* Perform inventory checks and complete food storage logs.
About You
* Prior experience as a Cook.
* Knowledge of broiler, pantry, and sauté stations.
* Experience in a country club or restaurant preferred.
* Ability to stand for long periods.
* High school diploma or equivalent.
