Job Details
Job Title: Cook/Chef
School Location: Brymore Academy, Bridgwater, TA5
Working Days: 2 week rota
Shifts & Working hours: Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8am-2.30pm; Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 8am-2.30pm; Saturday 7.30am-1.30pm (Contract 27 hours per week)
Working Weeks: 38 weeks per year (term time plus inset days)
Pay Details: £13.50 per hour
What will I be doing?
* Assisting the onsite Chef Manager with the preparation of the main meals and snacks for the site
* Working using fresh seasonal ingredients, cooking for a volume of 200+
* May include some counter service / till work
* Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state at all times
