About Hinkley Point C
The first new nuclear power station to be built in the UK in over 20 years; Hinkley Point C in Somerset will provide low-carbon electricity for around 6 million homes, create thousands of jobs and bring lasting benefits to the UK economy.
Marking a significant milestone in the revitalisation of our nuclear power industry, Hinkley Point C will make a major contribution to the UKs move to reduce carbon emissions. The electricity generated by its two EPR reactors will offset 9 million tonnes of carbon dioxide emissions a year, or 600 million tonnes over its 60-year lifespan.
What you'll be doing
s a HR Administrator, you will have the following responsibilities,
1. Responsible for maintaining Timesheet Portal and the data contained as the single source of truth for the MEH Alliance Joint Venture team
2. Maintain weekly update of MEH Alliance Joint Venture numbers by partner.
3. Provide weekly report to Head of HR from Timesheet Portal on hours worked and maintain a running 17-week reference period average.
4. Provide a weekly dashboard of HR metrics on recruitment, starters, leavers, competencies, attendance etc.
5. Support the Pulse team, co-ordinating activities as required.
6. Arrange and support meetings on request on behalf of the HR team.
7. Tracking objectives roll out for Personal development reviews.
8. Responsible for all activities relating to offboarding, including arranging exit interviews.
9. Support the HSE team with Health Surveillance data.
10. Providing metrics as required g., time to site etc.
11. Liaise with partner companies regarding probation periods.
12. Relevant ad hoc support g., reports, spreadsheets, minutes etc.
13. Support physical and remote recruitment events.
14. Dealing with general HR queries from the MEH Alliance team
15. Additional appropriate ad hoc duties as agreed with line manage.
Who we're looking for
Do you have?
16. Recent, relevant experience in a similar fast paced environment
17. Experience of working in an HR team would be desirable.
18. Ability to obtain a high-level security clearance.
