What You’ll Need Nurse qualification (NMC registered) or Level 5 Diploma in Health & Social Care. Proven experience in a Care Quality, Compliance, or Governance role within healthcare. Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and inspection processes. Passion and commitment to delivering person-centred care. Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regionally. Experience supporting multiple services or locations. What You’ll Do Lead and support quality assurance across services in Suffolk and Norfolk.
