In this role you would be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the human resources department, ensuring smooth HR operations. This is a hands-on operational HR role, including onboarding employees, keeping records up to date, and managing the employment relationship from onboarding throughout the employment life cycle. Required Skills and Experience: Bachelor's degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Admin, or a related field. Hands-on experience in an HR Officer / administrative role Proficient in HR software, MS Office Suite, especially Excel. Familiarity with employment laws and HR best practices. Excellent organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
