This is fantastic local opportunity for an ambitious and motivated HR Assistant, you will join an innovative local organisation who just keep going from strength to strength.
Some of your duties will include:
- Providing extensive all round administrative support for the Human Resources Manager
- Preparing job advertisements, posting online and sifting through CV’s received to identify suitable candidates
- Liaising with candidates and Department Managers to co-ordinate telephone and face to face interviews
- Issuing offer letters, preparing contracts of employment, checking references and confirming right to work in the UK
- Collating monthly employees salary information and forwarding to Payroll Department for processing
- Dealing with enquiries relating to employment issues and investigating any employee disputes
