We are working with a leading international business seeking to appoint a
Senior HR Manager
with proven experience in US-owned or US-headquartered organisations.
This is a pivotal role, working closely with the senior leadership team to design, deliver, and embed HR initiatives across the business, with a particular focus on
reward strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead on the design and implementation of reward, benefits, and compensation frameworks aligned to both UK and US requirements.
* Partner with business leaders to ensure competitive and compliant reward practices that attract and retain top talent.
* Provide strategic HR guidance across the full employee lifecycle, supporting engagement, performance, and development.
* Build strong relationships with US-based leadership teams to ensure alignment with global HR strategy.
* Oversee compliance with UK employment legislation while balancing global consistency.
* Manage HR projects, policies, and initiatives that drive cultural and organisational effectiveness.
About You:
* Proven HR leadership experience in a
US-owned or global business environment

* Strong expertise in
reward and compensation
design and delivery.
* CIPD qualified (or equivalent), with up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law.
* Commercial, pragmatic, and able to influence at senior stakeholder level.
* A strategic thinker who can also operate hands-on in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
