THE ROLE: As a Regional Sales Executive within this region, you will identify potential projects and present innovative, fit-for-purpose industrial lighting solutions. You will work with an established team to deliver bespoke solutions to critical infrastructure customers such as docks, ports, airports, and rail networks. Your responsibilities include pitching solutions to M&E consultants, contractors, and directly to end users, supporting design and layout, and being involved in full project sales. Success requires a proven ability to build relationships with engineers and contractors, a hunter mentality, and motivation to develop new business.
THE COMPANY: Growing British manufacturer of lighting solutions with an in-house design and engineering team. They provide bespoke solutions across the UK with strong support from technical, marketing, and wider teams. The company is expanding, offering significant career growth opportunities.
Candidate Criteria:
* 1-2 years of field sales experience, ideally in industrial or construction sectors
* Desire to build a career, actively pursue new business, and manage calls
* Ability to present technical solutions and manage projects
* Proactive, professional, and driven sales approach
* Understanding of lighting, electrical, or technical drawings is desirable but not essential
Salary and Benefits: Up to £38,000 basic, plus up to £15,000 OTE (uncapped), company car or allowance, mobile, laptop, 20 days holiday, pension scheme
