The Role:
Prepare, cook, and present meals to consistently high standards
Ensure all food meets national nutritional guidelines and food safety regulations
Maintain excellent food hygiene practices in line with HACCP standards
Plate and deliver meals in a timely manner to patient areas
Monitor stock levels and submit requisitions based on demand
Support menu planning, recipe development, and continuous service improvement
Ensure full compliance with COSHH, allergen awareness, and kitchen health & safety regulations
Maintain a clean, safe, and organised kitchen environment at all times

Waterlooville (BN16 3BJ)
Shift Pattern:
Weekends (Saturday & Sunday) : 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM
Pay:
£14.50 - £15.50 per hour
About You:
NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds qualified (or equivalent)
Food hygiene certified
Strong knowledge of HACCP, COSHH, and kitchen safety practices
Allergen awareness/training
Eligible to work in the UK
