Sales Executive
Location: Poynton / Hybrid
Salary: £28,000 - £30,000+ Bonus
Reports to: Head of Sales and Account Management

The Role:
Fancy being a key player in our expansion? As our new Sales Executive, you'll be identifying exciting new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with our fantastic clients, and helping us grow. You'll be the go-to person for understanding their needs, challenges & pain points, showing them how Bien Venue can support and make their events truly special. This is a chance to really make your mark and contribute to our success story.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Finding and winning new business opportunities – you're a natural hunter!
* Building strong, lasting relationships with clients (in-person visits, entertaining, and site tours).
* Becoming a trusted advisor, consulting clients on venues, events, and team building solutions.
* Looking after your own portfolio of clients, keeping them happy and coming back for more.
* Leading engaging pitches and presentations that wow clients.
* Negotiating deals and hitting those targets – we love seeing you succeed!
* Working closely with our internal teams to deliver seamless and exceptional service.
* Supporting our Head of Sales in shaping our sales strategy.
* Assist in the preparation of RFPs/Tender opportunities and proposals for large corporate accounts
* Support the Head of Sales with preparing and hosting client review meetings.
* Spotting opportunities to offer clients even more of our great services.
* Staying on top of industry trends and what our competitors are up to.
* Keeping our CRM system updated so we can track our progress (important!)
* Sharing helpful data and reports with clients.
What We're Looking For:
* You've got solid experience in proactive sales and looking after clients, ideally in the events world.
* You're a business development whiz with a drive to get results.
* You're a fantastic communicator, negotiator, and presenter.
* Building strong client relationships and managing accounts comes naturally to you.
* You're a strategic thinker who can spot opportunities.
* You're self-motivated, goal-focused, and happy to work independently.
* You're super comfortable using CRM systems and a data-driven approach.
* You have the right to work in the UK.
