Salary Up to £30,000 About You / Candidate Requirements Qualification in HR, Business, or equivalent (e.g., CIPD Level 3). Experience in HR administration and general office administration. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Good communication skills and professional interpersonal manner. Support onboarding for new employees, ensuring all necessary checks and administrative steps are completed. Respond to staff queries, directing complex matters to HR management when needed. Generate reports and summaries to assist managers in decision-making. Monitor leave, attendance, and other employee-related records.
