Your newpany is a multidisciplinary, family-run contractor based in Co. Tyrone, specialising in construction within the education, leisure, restoration & heritage, private residential & social housing andmercial sectors. Thepany have built an enviable industry name over the last 50 years on their specialist team consistently delivering high quality service on a variety of projects for a diverse range of long-term clients, which has led to a high level of repeat business & continuous bid success. Thispany are currently embarking on a range of live projects and require the services of an experienced Site Manager to provide temporary holiday cover on a rolling basis.
Your new role
This firm are on the lookout for an experienced Site Manager to get onboard with them on their latest schemes. You will be required to lead the team on site, delivering daily briefings and ensuring the project is kept on track, in absence of the Site Manager. You will be responsible for ensuring productivity is maintained at a high level throughout the duration whilst upholding quality, health and safety standards at all times. You will liaise with the Contracts Manager to ensure that projects are delivered to specification and kept on track.
What you'll need to succeed
As a successful Site Manager, you will have proven experience in a similar role, with knowledge and a proven track record of overseeing construction projects as Site You will be accustomed to supervising all trades. You must be CSR (Site Supervisor), CSCS or SMSTS certified in order to be considered for this role. As the project is due tomence in the next 2 weeks, you must be immediately available and willing tomute throughout NI. This is an ideal role for someone who is keen to pick up sporadic works in Site Management.
