WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING * Supervising gym users and activities to ensure a safe and welcoming space * Assisting customers in using fitness equipment safely and effectively * Delivering a positive, high-quality experience for every visitor We offer casual shifts to cover holidays and staff absences, with both weekday and weekend availability. Shifts are usually 8.5 hours and start at either 5:30am or 2:00pm. WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS * Level 2 Fitness Instructor * Level 3 Personal Trainer * Level 3 Exercise on Referral * Strong interpersonal, communication and organisational skills * Basic IT literacy DESIRABLE (BUT NOT ESSENTIAL) * Level 3 Exercise and Disability * Level 4 Cardiac Rehabilitation * Experience working with disabled individuals * Exercise to Music qualification * First Aid at Work / NPLQ * CIMSPA registration WHY WORK WITH US?
