Job Opportunity: Part 1 Architectural Assistant (Net Zero / Low Carbon Focus)
Are you passionate about sustainable design and eager to work on Net Zero / Carbon Reduction projects? This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and receive training in this crucial field.
Zendium Design Ltd is seeking motivated Part 1 Architectural Assistants to join our small, growing team initially for 3 months, then possibly extended once performance criteria are met. To be extended initially to 6 months and then to a longer term-role with flexible hours.
Key Requirements:
* Proficiency in architectural software: Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel, 2D AutoCAD.
* Optionally added skills in Revit, SketchUp, and Photoshop or equivalent are welcome.
* Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel will be important, and ability to review project documentation.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Ability to self-check work and ensure required document and project quality standards are met.
This role is open to UK-based applicants only and offers remote working flexibility, provided quality and deadlines are maintained.
