Part 1 architect job description

A Part 1 Architect is a professional in the initial phase of architectural education, working under the supervision of a senior architect. They are usually involved in the design and planning of buildings, from residential homes to commercial properties. Part 1 Architects assist in creating design proposals, preparing architectural drawings, and conducting research on potential sites. They also engage in liaising with clients and various stakeholders, ensuring that the design meets all statutory requirements. This role requires a blend of creative and technical skills, excellent communication, understanding of building structures, and proficiency in architectural software packages.
