Site Manager – New Build Residential Location: Croydon, South London Project Type: New Build Residential Contract: Full-time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a new build residential project in Croydon, managing the full project lifecycle from inception through to completion and handover. This role is ideal for a proactive professional with a strong track record in delivering high-quality residential schemes safely, on time, and within budget. Key Responsibilities * Manage all on-site activities from pre-construction through to project completion * Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel * Ensure works are delivered in accordance with programme, drawings, specifications, and budget * Maintain high standards of health and safety, quality control, and site compliance * Liaise with project managers, consultants, clients, and local authorities * Monitor progress, report on milestones, and resolve site issues effectively * Oversee inspections, snagging, and final handover Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager on new build residential projects * Strong understanding of the full construction lifecycle * Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications * Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills * Ability to manage multiple trades and work under pressure * Sound knowledge of UK building regulations and NHBC standards (or equivalent) If this is a role of interest, please apply via the link or contact Georgia of Tradeline Recruitment
