About the Role:
We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Manager to oversee people management and HR compliance across our network of late-night hospitality venues.
This is a graduate-level role offering the opportunity to help shape the way we recruit, support, and retain staff in a dynamic and expanding business. You will play a key role in ensuring our company remains compliant with employment law and sponsor licence duties, while fostering a positive and safe working environment for our teams.
Full training will be provided in company procedures and licensing responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead staff recruitment and onboarding across all venues.
* Manage HR policies, staff handbooks, and ensure compliance with UK employment law and licensing obligations.
* Oversee staff training, development programmes, and performance management.
* Support venue managers with rota planning, workforce management, and absence tracking.
* Manage employee relations, grievance processes, and disciplinary procedures.
* Ensure full compliance with Home Office sponsor licence record-keeping and reporting duties.
* Advise company directors on HR best practice and support long-term workforce planning.
Skills & Qualifications:
* A degree-level qualification (any discipline).
* Strong organisational and administrative skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to resolve problems and handle sensitive employee matters with discretion.
* Competent IT user (Microsoft Office, HR software or spreadsheets).
* A proactive and professional approach to supporting staff and managers.

Pay: Up to £52,900.00 per year
