This company are a market leading manufacturer and distributor of high-quality wiring and electrical accessories, selling across the UK electrical wholesale market and with an additional strong presence in the Middle East and Africa.
Founded over 50 years ago, they've grown steadily since and are now looking to recruit 2 Commercial Sales Trainees in Luton.
What is the role?
Working as a commercial sales trainee, the first few months of your role will see you undergo in-depth training to help further your sales skills and understanding of the market.
Once you're fully settled in you'll start selling into the wholesale market, building relationships with new clients and furthering them with your existing ones.
As you start to progress in the role, progression opportunities into more senior sales positions can open up.
What are the company looking for?
· Fantastic verbal and written communication skills
· Full, clean UK driving license
· Strong work ethic and a team player who can also work well using their own initiative
· You have finished studying and are ready for an immediate start!
What is the package?
· £28,000 base salary
· Annual Profit Share Bonus
· 25 days holiday + bank holiday
