We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee an 8-week office fit out project in Northwich. This is a fast-paced CAT A/B commercial fit-out, requiring a site manager with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a track record of delivering high-quality office interiors on time and within budget. My client are a successful commercial fit out contractor that provide services on a nationwide basis and there is a strong possibility for ongoing work,
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure all works are completed safely and efficiently.
*
Coordinate subcontractors, materials, deliveries, and site logistics.
*
Monitor progress against the project programme and report to the Contracts Manager.
*
Ensure health & safety compliance at all times.
*
Liaise with the client, designers, and project team to resolve any site issues.
*
Maintain high standards of workmanship and cleanliness on-site.
Requirements:
*
Proven experience managing office fit-out or commercial interior projects.
*
SMSTS certification, Fire marshal and Asbestos
*
CSCS card.
*
First Aid at Work.
*
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
*
Ability to work independently and take ownership of the site.
Desirable:
*
Experience with CAT B fit-outs.
