The building contractor has always been known to have an excellent reputation, focusing on the delivery of construction projects ranging from £2m - £10m, including refurbishment, new build and Cut and Carve.
The Candidate
The Candidate we are looking for is someone who can prove longevity experience working as a Site Manager across varied sectors, on projects up £5m value. Ideally they are looking for someone with experience with listed buildings, roofing & refurbishment.
The Project
The contractor operating in Bicester, are carrying out a refurbishment to an aircraft hanger, generally the re-roofing and refurbishment. This includes removal of Cladding / Roofing. Refurbishment of existing structure, installing new structural supports, glazing, roofing, Glazing and much more!
The candidate must require - SMSTS / CSCS / First Aid / Temporary Works
• Managing day to day activities on site of the site team and sub-contractors
• Sub-contract and material procurement
• Construction plan
• Health & Safety
• Progress reports and site meetings
• Programming - short term (1 week / 2 week look-ahead)
• Quality control
• Liaison with the design team, M&E consultants, project architect, structural engineer and building control
